Regular Office or Courthouse Pick-Up of Papers - $ NO CHARGE

Citation or Subpoena:  Standard Charges*

            Dallas County: $60.00

            Tarrant / Collin / Denton County: $65.00

            Other Counties: $75.00

Additional Charges:

Mileage – Charges for additional mileage are calculated based on the Federal Governments mileage allowances or  in many cases a flat fee is agreed upon. 

Expedient Service:

Stat - Service of Papers (1st attempt same day as pick-up) - $ 50.00  + Standard Charges

Rush - Service of Papers (1st attempt within 24 hours of pick-up) - $ 25.00 + Standard Charges

Payment Terms:

Professional legal support services require payment upon delivery of notarized return for documents processed or payment terms can be arranged prior to service.  We accept cash, check or money order for payment of services.
