Professional Legal Support Services provides process services in Dallas, Tarrant, Denton and the contiguous counties. In several of the counties such as Dallas we have standing orders. Before process serving begins, each client must give written notice of agreement for services to be rendered. Professional Legal Support Service will provide a standard signature sheet before pickup for such authorization. We deliver the following types of process according to the Texas Law for Private process serving:  

Lawsuits   -   Subpoenas   -   Divorce / Custody Papers

We have a professional and experienced staff that in most cases can begin work immediately upon receipt of documents and will continue to make attempts on varying dates and times until service is completed.  Our staff will work diligently to complete service by hand delivery, or in appropriate instances, by the order for substitute service (106 / 536). Our vast array of resources allows us to easily locate persons who may have moved or are avoiding service.
